  1. @makeet0 Who did those tests? Did you hear it on TV or smth? Since when is that a reliable source?! It does not take a medical genius to figure out that water CANNOT help the acids in your stomach. It dissolves it, it dissolves the enzymes in the acid. YOU SHOULDN’T DRINK WATER WHILE EATING!

    Then again, do as you please. You will, anyway.

  2. @Ruxanda Don’t drink water while you eat? They actually done test that show water helps the acids in your stomach break down the food faster . I always drink water especially to help he not choke and fill me up faster.

  4. i’m 5’4 and 118 and I eat way too much and don’t eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Plus I eat a lot of junk food. This motivated me to lose like 8 pounds :)

  5. @HollaBolla95 i stopped drinking sodas i only drank water && green tea. i walked a mile atleast 3 times a week. && that was it no diet pills or any thing. i ate what ever i wanted just not as much as i would usually eat. && i just joined a gym i go 3 times a week sometimes twice a day before school && after for an hour.

  6. I will agree drinking water is extremely important, you just have to know when to do it, which is anytime of day except before,while and after you eat. You should wait at least 30 minutes after you’ve eaten. I like your other videos, but here you really messed up with the water drinking.

  7. There is something very wrong about this video. Drinking water right before you eat and while you eat or right after is a dangerous thing to do. Water will dissolve the gastric acid in your stomach and the food you ingested will not be properly digested. Consequently, your stomach may produce more acids, which could result in heartburn or acid reflux. Why isn’t that obvious to you?

  14. ive been on a diet for 6 weeks now and stopped drinking sodas and juices it was really hard at first but im used to it now..hallelujah! lol Yea i completely agree with what your saying about boredom eating ahaha, when im like tht i usually replaced tht hunger with something else,..ill usually eat my carrots and workout! Aye and what you saidd about thirst/hungry is actually tru i tried it and it checked out! Great advice!=)

  25. this can be life changing for many girls out there very good video I’ve been thinking about dieting as well and more likely I will I need to loose a few founds I’m 22 and my weight is 125 I’m not sure if it’s normal for my age but eating healthier doesn’t sound so bad I love your videos Andrea!!!!!
