Well SaddleupASU, the best ways to stimulate your bowl movements is to
1. plenty of water. When the body is dehydrated, your body will absorb as much water from the intestinal matter as possible causing you to get “clogged up”
2. eat a full daily amount of dietary fiber (suppliments like benefiber really help out), and
3. get plenty of light to moderate exercise through out the day. Walking, running, and stretching all help to move the matter through your intestines more easily.

3 times a day is too much. you’ll aggravate your lower intestine and anus by going so often – in my opinion…

Fiber supplements. =3 Or dark veggies, and whole grains. Activia helps too.

maybe not your intire body but it will work out most of your leg muscles and probably your abs. if you use it with weights in your hang you can work your arms as well, so you can make it a whole body work out if you experiment with it.
